In addition, Hazel can manage your Trash for you, relieving you of having to empty it yourself. All this is done automatically in the background allowing you to focus on your real work. Start with something simple in Hazel: tell it to watch the Downloads folder. Hazel also cleans, sporting options to clean out incomplete and duplicate downloads. The actions, and the criteria that set them off, are entirely under your control, using a set of Rules similar to the ones you might have used in Apple’s own Mail application.
